Microsoft Outlook Introduction Training Course – One day – £185
This one day Outlook Introduction training course will give you the confidence to efficiently manage and communicate using Microsoft Outlook.
You will learn how to manage your emails and adjust default settings, add automatic signatures as well as settings for email you’re sending like receipts and delaying delivery. You will learn to set up a filing system and efficiently file emails ensuring you manage your inbox well. We also delve into use of the calendar to arrange meetings and sharing your calendar
Your To Do list is also managed within Microsoft Outlook, so learn to keep track of all the things you plan to do as well as those you want to delegate to others!
Our Microsoft Outlook Online training courses are delivered live online helping you structure your day and focus on learning a new skill without the need to travel. Depending on your version, we offer the course using Classic Outlook or the New Outlook.
We post or email your course materials out to you and then send course joining instructions ensuring you have everything you need for a successful and engaging day.
Public courses are small – up to 4 delegates only.
We will need to know if you’re using the New Outlook or Classic Outlook as features will differ. Please see the course outlines for more information.

This one day Microsoft Outlook Advanced training course looks at the more Advanced elements which help you to manage information with ease. Understand how to keep the size of your mailbox small, use your own Categories to group together Outlook elements and create rules to manage replies, automate messages and create templates.
You will learn to create your own views within Mail, Calendar and Tasks.
