Hi, I’m Tracy, and I run TCS Training IT Limited, your go-to provider for IT training courses. Our team of dynamic, experienced trainers brings a wealth of expertise to every course. Each trainer has over 20 years of experience in delivering IT solutions and training, ensuring you receive top-quality instruction.

We keep our public Live Online IT courses small, with a maximum of 4 delegates, so you benefit from personal attention in a focused and supportive learning environment. Every course includes 12 months of post-course support—because we believe training doesn’t end when the session does. We’re here to support your learning journey long after the course is complete.

Looking for training tailored to your team? We offer dedicated courses for up to 10 delegates, or even one-to-one sessions. Although we deliver IT training Online, we may be able to deliver in-person at your office (location dependent). We now have an IT training room in Reading which can accommodate small groups of up to 10 delegates.

Before launching TCS Training IT Limited, I spent many years working in IT Support, troubleshooting everyday technical issues across a range of large organisations. I also taught Computing and ICT A Level at a Sixth Form College, helping students build strong foundations in digital skills.

  I attended the online Excel course, to firstly freshen up my skills as so much has changed over the years, Tracy was an excellent teacher, patient, clear and really helpful, nothing was an issue, I did a one to one, which I thought was better for me, I feel like I have learnt so much, the course was over two half days and I feel much more confident in what I can do now and what I am going to be doing.

  Review for TCS SharePoint User Training I recently attended Microsoft SharePoint User Training delivered by TCS, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Emma, the trainer, was excellent throughout the course. She explained SharePoint in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand way, ensuring everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating. Her knowledge of the subject was outstanding, and she provided practical examples that made it easy to apply what we learned in our day-to-day work. I would also like to thank Tracy, who organised the training. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, making the whole process seamless from start to finish. Overall, the training was well structured, informative, and delivered to a very high standard.   I attended an Excel Introductory course today and it was brilliant. Well structured, easy to follow and packed with practical tips and tricks. We covered many different bases and it was all very relevant content. My instructor, Tracy, was extremely helpful and created a comfortable experience with regards to queries.
