This computer training course is designed to help new users feel comfortable navigating their system, finding documents, and understanding the basics of Windows. You’ll learn how to:
- Build a simple and effective filing system using File Explorer
- Find and manage documents—even those you think you’ve lost
- Navigate the Internet safely and confidently
- Organise and manage multiple windows
- Keep your desktop tidy and easy to use
Delivered as a half-day Live Online session, this course covers the essentials in a friendly, hands-on format. It can also be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
We offer flexible delivery options, including one-to-one training, group sessions, and on-site training at your office (location dependent).

All training includes 12 months of post-course support, so you’ll have help on hand as you apply your new knowledge.

Microsoft Windows for New Users Training Course – Half day – £185
New users of Microsoft Windows and computers need a course that will build their confidence ensuring they can use their computer with ease. Not everyone has been bought up with technology and we understand that a patience trainer who can build user confidence is important to ensure delegates feel comfortable moving forward.
Our Microsoft Windows for New Users course gives new users the confidence to use their Windows Operating System. The course will cover how to create and find items with ease. Knowing how to navigate and use windows, desktop, files, folders and the task manager as well as adjusting basic settings.
This course can be tailored to your needs and incorporate the basics of other applications if required.
Whether you require one to one training or you have a group of up to 10 delegates, we can deliver your course live online. We may also be able to deliver training at your company offices.
