So what’s in Microsoft 365?
Many companies moved to Microsoft 365 for their corporate applications to also take advantage of the cloud storage solution and of course the reliability and security it offers too.
It also means a company always has the latest version of the software as Microsoft are updating the apps continually with enhancements and security.
As a minimum, a Microsoft 365 subscription will give you:
- The latest Office apps, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. However, with a basic plan only web apps (you can’t download the full applictions)
- The ability to install on PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones.
- 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.
- Feature updates and upgrades not available anywhere else.

What’s in Microsoft 365 Business Basic Subscription?
Microsoft Business Basic 365 Subscription costs about £4.60 a month with an annual commitment. You get only the web based tools and applications only. These include the cut down web versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote which can be used on your mobile as well as online through a browser. So you can’t download the full desktop versions of the software. However you do take advantage of collaboration such as co-authoring your documents. You also receive file storage which allows you to share documents both internally and externally and give you the advantage of backup., sharing, teamwork
Security through policies, passwords and email protection and support with Microsoft via web and phone..
Take advantage of Microsoft Teams which allows your conferencing and meeting.
What’s in Microsoft 365 Business Standard Subscription?
Microsoft 365 Business Standard Subscription costs about £9.60 a month with an annual commitment. You get everything that the basic subscription provides, however, you can download your desktop applications which gives you full functionality of these applications.
